Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Bisra. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, assess health conditions, and develop individualized care plans. The role involves administering medication, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The Registered Nurse will also ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies, along with maintaining accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and administering treatments
- Ability to monitor patient progress, recognize changes in conditions, and respond appropriately
- Proficiency in maintaining clear and accurate medical records
- Compassionate approach to patient care, with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety, and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in elder care or geriatric nursing is preferred, but not required
