Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in our Pokhara office. As an Admissions Officer, you will be the friendly face and main guide for students starting their application journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding Students: Helping students and parents understand our programs and walking them through the application process step-by-step.
- Answering Questions: Providing clear and helpful answers to inquiries, both in person and via email/phone.
- Managing Applications: Organizing paperwork, reviewing student applications, and keeping accurate records.
- Building Relationships: Providing excellent customer service to make sure every student feels supported and welcomed.
Qualifications
Education: +2 graduates or those currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).
Communication: Great talking and writing skills to explain things clearly to students.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
People Skills: Friendly, helpful, and able to work well within a team.
