Job Description
- Lead repair and maintenance department
- Regular inspection of chargers
- Diagnosing and solving technical issues
- Conducting training for new technicians
- Assisting customers with technical support
- Ensuring maintenance schedules are followed
- Maintaining uptime of chargers and ensuring chargers are online
- Regular monitoring of CMS
- Installation of EV charging stations when needed
- Conducting performance evaluation of technician team
- Ensuring all charging stations are up to the mark
- Preparing and sharing reports as per company need
- Leading 24x7 technical support department
- Perform software upgrades on chargers
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with EV charging systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards for electrical equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to on-site tasks
- Diploma in electrical, electronic, or related fields
- Understanding of EV charging infrastructure and systems
- Good communication skills and customer service experience
- Proficiency with tools, diagnostics equipment, and testing procedures
- Must have a valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler driving license
- Must have 2 years work experience in EV charging sector
- Able to perform repair and maintenance on DC EV Chargers
