Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for the role of Branch Manager at Vianet Communication, located in Pragatinagar. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading the branch team, achieving set targets, handling customer inquiries and escalations, monitoring stock levels, and representing the organization professionally in the local area. You will also be responsible for training staff, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with upper management to align the branch's performance with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills with experience in team supervision and meeting goals
- Customer service and problem-solving skills to effectively address queries and complaints
- Operational and organizational skills related to day-to-day branch management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with operations-related digital tools
- Ability to work on-site on a full-time basis
- Experience in the telecommunications or service industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
