Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive - Quality & Content Coordinator is responsible for maintaining high-quality, meaningful, and consistent digital content across all marketing platforms. The role ensures content standards are met, creativity is enhanced, marketing campaigns are well-articulated, and insights from data are translated into content and campaign improvements. This role acts as a bridge between content, design, performance, and product teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Content Quality & Brand Standards:

  • Ensure all digital content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and quality standards. 
  • Review and refine content for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and consistency before publishing. 
  • Maintain content quality guidelines and approval checklists. 

  

Creative & Campaign Coordination:

  • Support ideation and execution of marketing campaigns with strong messaging and storytelling. 
  • Add depth and meaning to campaigns by aligning content with audience intent and brand objectives. 
  • Coordinate with content, design, and performance teams to ensure campaign consistency. 
  •   

Social Media Platform Management & Monitoring: 

  • Monitor social media platforms to ensure consistency, responsiveness, and quality engagement. 
  • Ensure platforms are active, optimized, and aligned with best practices. 
  • Identify gaps in posting, engagement, or creative quality and recommend improvements. 
  •   

Trend Tracking & Content Innovation:

  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats. 
  • Suggest trend-led content ideas while maintaining brand relevance and quality. 
  • Ensure timely adoption of trends to maximize reach and engagement. 
  •   

Data Analysis, Insight Generation & Research:

  • Analyze content and campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, saves, comments, conversions, etc.). 
  • Translate performance data into actionable content and campaign recommendations. 
  • Share insights with marketing, performance, and product teams. 
  • Perform regular research on marketing issues, identify campaign’s effectiveness and monitor activites 
  •   

Product & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Work closely with the product team to understand offerings, features, and priorities. 
  • Support product launches and updates with clear and compelling content narratives. 
  • Ensure marketing communication accurately reflects product value propositions. 
  •   

Campaign Planning & Execution Support:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels. 
  • Ensure campaign timelines, creatives, and messaging are aligned across platforms. 
  • Support documentation of campaign outcomes and learnings. 
  •   

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: 

  • Identify inconsistencies or quality gaps in content and campaign execution. 
  • Recommend improvements to content creation, review, and publishing processes. 
  • Support internal knowledge sharing and best practices. 



Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, social media, or a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of content quality standards, brand consistency, and digital storytelling. 
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content calendars, and basic campaign execution. 
  • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
