Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Kathmandu. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing strategies across all online channels. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives to improve organic visibility
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media marketing across all platforms
- Lead website performance optimization (traffic, conversion rate, UX coordination)
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure ROI-focused spending
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, and agencies
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for product launches, offers, and promotions
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social, Email, Display)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking combined with analytical mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns with measurable results
- Experience leading or managing a digital marketing team is preferred
