Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Relations Manager based in Patan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration. The position involves understanding client needs, addressing concerns, coordinating project requirements with internal teams, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of services. You will liaise with clients to provide strategic insights, build trust, and contribute to their overall success by offering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency, or digital marketing agency, or a client-facing role is a must
Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain long-term client partnerships
Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
Experience in Customer Support to address and resolve client concerns efficiently
Proven ability to strategize and provide insights tailored to client needs
Leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and projects
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
