Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand & Partnership – Jr. Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to support and execute brand collaborations, corporate partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of branding, co-marketing, and partnership activities aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand and corporate partnership activities
- Coordinate sponsorships, brand collaborations, and partnership campaigns with external partners
- Manage communication and coordination with B2B clients (Pathao for Business) regarding branding and partnership requirements
- Build and maintain professional relationships with brands, businesses, corporate partners, and PR stakeholders
- Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and collaboration documents
- Track partnership deliverables, timelines, and commitments to ensure timely and effective execution
- Support co-branding, promotional, and visibility initiatives across digital, on-ground, and offline platforms
- Coordinate internally with marketing, design, operations, and sales teams for partnership execution
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports related to partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Brand & Partnership team as required
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in brand management, partnerships, marketing, or related roles
- Prior experience in handling brand collaborations, sponsorships, or B2B coordination will be an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good presentation and documentation skills (proposals, decks, reports)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Docs)
