Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Engagement Officer to support the social media activities of our group of companies.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating photos and videos, editing short-form content and learning how brands grow on social media step by step. You will work independently while collaborating with different team members to create and manage engaging SNS content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for SNS content, with strong attention to angles, lighting, background and small details
- Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), including basic cuts, subtitles, and simple effects
- Plan, create and follow a simple content calendar
- Research SNS trends and best practices
- Communicate with internal team members to collect photos, short stories, and updates
- Manage day-to-day SNS content posting and organization
- Continuously improve content quality by applying feedback and learning new tools and styles
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail when taking photos and videos
- Ability to work independently without needing constant shiji (instructions)
- Enjoys video editing and is eager to keep learning new styles and tools
- Curious mindset with an interest in SNS trends and digital marketing
- Basic planning and time management skills
- Clear communication skills in English and Nepali
- Open to feedback and motivated to grow in SNS / digital marketing
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Reels and/or YouTube Shorts
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Interest in branding, storytelling, or marketing
