This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kathmandu for the role of Brand and Marketing Manager. The Brand and Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include creating and managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, managing brand identity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging. The role also involves supervising a marketing team to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
- Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Forecasting
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Social Media Management
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in tools and platforms used in marketing and analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a managerial marketing role. Familiarity with the Nepalese market is advantageous
