Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruitment Intern based in Kathmandu. The intern will assist in recruitment-related tasks, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for technical roles within the IT sector. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating with potential hires, and collaborating with the recruitment team to implement effective hiring strategies. The intern will work closely with the HR and management team to identify and fulfill staffing needs while maintaining professional communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Interested and willingness to learn in Hiring, Technical Recruiting, and IT Recruitment
Strong knowledge and experience in general Recruiting practices and procedures
Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and team members
Ability to work in a structured, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
Interest in IT and technology recruitment is desirable
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of technical recruitment
