Job SummaryWe are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Lead US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to spearhead our consultant placement efforts. This is a "player-coach" role designed for a seasoned recruiter who excels at navigating the US IT job market. You will be responsible for marketing our bench of highly skilled consultants (W2 and C2C) to Tier-1 vendors and MSPs, while simultaneously leading and mentoring a team to hit aggressive placement targets.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of bench sales recruiters, providing daily guidance on marketing strategies, requirement analysis, and submission quality.
- Strategic Bench Marketing: Execute end-to-end marketing strategies for our bench consultants, leveraging a deep understanding of the US staffing ecosystem to secure project assignments.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain a robust network of Tier-1 Vendors, MSPs, and Implementation Partners to ensure a steady flow of high-quality requirements.
- Full Lifecycle Sales: Own the process from "Hotlist" preparation and requirement sourcing to rate negotiation, interview coordination, and final onboarding.
- Performance Metrics: Drive daily/weekly targets for submissions and interviews, focusing on minimizing consultant "aging" on the bench.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all placements adhere to US staffing regulations, including the management of MSAs, POs, and Right to Represent (RTR) documents.
- Proven Experience: 2-3 years of dedicated experience in US IT Bench Sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
- Market Intelligence: Expert knowledge of various visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Network: An existing, "warm" database of vendor contacts and a track record of successful placements with major MSP/VMS portals.
- Technical Proficiency: Power-user of job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, TechFetch) and experience managing workflows within an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate hourly rates that maximize margins while maintaining consultant and client satisfaction.
- Communication: Elite verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
