We are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist from Nepal to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting Nepali manpower for employment opportunities in Romania. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment procedures, work permit regulations, and cultural nuances to effectively source and place candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their manpower needs and job requirements.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract qualified candidates from Nepal.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure suitability for employment in Romania.
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating offers of employment.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including assistance with work permit applications and relocation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a focus on recruiting Nepali manpower for international placements.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment procedures, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employment regulations.
• Familiarity with work permit requirements and immigration procedures for Nepali citizens working in Romania.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required;Nepali mandatory .
