We are hiring a Senior Manpower Recruiter for legal overseas jobs in Romania (EU).
This is a serious role for experienced recruiters who understand manpower recruitment, targets, and candidate closing.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit workers for Romania (logistics, warehouse, HoReCa, delivery)
- Manage high-volume manpower recruitment
- Register, screen, and close candidates
- Handle returnees from UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia
- Control the recruitment pipeline end-to-end
- Work directly with management
- Deliver monthly recruitment targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in manpower or overseas recruitment
- Experience with licensed manpower agencies
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment process and documentation flow
- Target-oriented mindset
- Reliable, organized, professional
- Based in Kathmandu
