Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Manager based in Banasthali, Kathmandu. The Operational Manager will oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency and quality delivery of services. Responsibilities include streamlining workflows, creating SOPs, coordinating between teams, managing operational budgets, and ensuring adherence to company objectives and client expectations. The role also involves analyzing business performance, implementing process improvements, and creating strategies to increase productivity and achieve organizational goals.

- Strong operational and organizational management skills, creating SOPs, including planning, task delegation, and process optimization
- Team leadership and interpersonal communication skills to manage, motivate, and collaborate across departments effectively
- Project management abilities to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with company objectives
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to make data-driven decisions and drive process improvements
- Experience in managing budgets, ensuring financial efficiency, and maintaining operational costs
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Previous experience in a management or operational role within a digital marketing or similar industry is preferred
