Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development OfficerBaama Consultant Service – Kathmandu Valley, Nepal
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and develop new business opportunities for digital marketing services (social media marketing, website development, SEO, online branding) across multiple sectors, including:
Healthcare institutions and professionals
Education institutions
Pharmaceutical companies
Corporate and SMEs
Hospitality, retail, and service industries
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
2. Promotion of Digital Marketing Services
Promote Baama Consultant’s digital marketing solutions to various sector clients.
Conduct client meetings and presentations explaining:
Benefits of digital presence
Social media marketing strategies
Website development and maintenance
Online brand growth and lead generation
Customize service proposals based on client industry, needs, and budget.
Negotiate pricing, finalize proposals, and close deals.
3. Promotion of Training Programs (Healthcare Focus)
Promote professional training programs provided by Baama Consultant to:
Doctors
Nurses
Supervisors
Pharmaceutical sales and marketing professionals
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, nursing colleges, and pharma companies to enroll participants.
Organize and promote:
Training sessions
Workshops
Seminars and webinars
Communicate training schedules, course benefits, certification details, and fees.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to understand:
Industry trends
Client needs
Competitor offerings
Identify new sectors and untapped markets for digital marketing and training services.
Suggest new service packages or improvements based on market demand.
5. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the primary contact point for clients during onboarding and service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with:

Prepare regular reports on:

Use CRM tools or internal systems to track progress.
9. Professional Development & Compliance
Stay updated with the latest trends in:
Digital marketing
Healthcare training
Sales and marketing strategies
Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
