Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our on-site team at our Kathmandu office. The Social Media Manager will oversee all social media accounts, create and implement effective content strategies, and ensure platforms are optimized to engage and grow our audience. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, managing campaigns, and fostering online community engagement with clear and impactful communication. The role also involves creating compelling content and ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives and branding.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to engage and grow audiences effectively.
Proficiency in crafting and implementing effective Content Strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills to deliver clear, compelling, and consistent messaging.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setup.
Experience with digital tools and platforms for social media management is a plus.
Prior experience in managing social media for a brand or organization is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
