Job Description

Jo Beauty is a fast-growing Nepali cosmetics brand focused on high-quality, confidence-boosting beauty products designed for modern women. We are building a strong digital presence through creative, relatable, and trend-driven content.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging photo & video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, short-form videos, and product visuals
Develop creative concepts, hooks, and captions aligned with Jo Beauty’s brand voice
Stay updated with beauty trends, viral formats, and social media algorithms
Collaborate with influencers, models, and marketing team for campaigns and launches
Showcase products through tutorials, swatches, reviews, before-after looks, and lifestyle content
Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting
Assist in campaign ideas, offers, and festive content (Dashain, Teej, New Year, etc.)

Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Creator (beauty/fashion preferred)
Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Good sense of aesthetics, lighting, angles, and storytelling
Ability to write engaging captions (English / Nepali / Mix)
Confident on camera (or able to direct models effectively)
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Nice to HaveBackground in makeup, skincare, or beauty industry
Experience working with UGC or influencer content
Photography skills
Knowledge of Meta/Instagram content performance
