Job Description

Main responsibilities:


• Providing timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels (email, phone, chat).

• Assisting complex cases in a timely and professional manner.

• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate logs of support interactions.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


• Strong written and verbal skills in Nepali and English.

• A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply (including backup).

• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.

• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.

• 6+ months of experience in customer support is a preference.

• A willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
