Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to support our marketing team by producing high-quality visual content for social media, video platforms, and educational campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with marketers and content strategists to transform ideas and raw content into engaging visuals. You should be skilled in tools such as After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Heygen, Descript, and other modern design/video editing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Graphics (Canva / Design Tools like Photoshop)
- Design high-performing social media posts using Canva templates and custom layouts.
- Maintain a consistent design system for weekly posting schedules.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand colors, fonts, and visual identity.
- Update text/images as needed and ensure designs are proofread and error-free.
- Share final Canva project links or exportables with the marketing team.
AI Video Creation & Explainer Videos
- Create engaging AI-powered videos using tools like Heygen, Descript and other emerging platforms.
- Develop explainer videos for educational campaigns, product/service walkthroughs, and awareness content.
- Convert scripts or provided content into visually clear, easy-to-understand videos using:
- On-screen text and animated highlights
- Stock visuals/icons/illustrations
- Voiceovers (AI or human-recorded)
- Motion graphics and smooth transitions
- Enhance videos with brand-aligned templates, lower-thirds, callouts, and engaging hooks.
- Maintain quality standards for audio clarity, pacing, visual consistency, and storytelling.
Scripted Reels & Educational Video Content (CapCut / After Effects/ Descript)
- Edit informative videos (CPA-recorded or team-recorded) to enhance viewer engagement.
- Add subtitles and captions aligned with brand formatting guidelines.
- Insert visuals, animations, stock clips, and transitions based on creative direction.
- Ensure videos are optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Export polished final video files in the correct formats and sizes.
YouTube & Long-form Video Editing (Descript / Capcut )
- Edit webinar recordings, educational sessions, and long-form content for YouTube.
- Use Descript AI tools to remove filler words, silences, and errors.
- Proofread transcripts and ensure subtitle accuracy.
- Add intros/outros, overlays, lower-thirds, and YouTube-friendly graphics.
- Deliver final YouTube-ready videos with strong pacing and professional polish.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (professional or agency experience preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and Descript, After Effects (or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and branding.
- Strong video editing fundamentals including pacing, storytelling, captions, and transitions.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in proofreading, formatting, and visual consistency.
- Ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines while adding creative improvements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion graphics / animations).
- Familiarity with Heygen, AI video tools, and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Ability to create simple motion graphics, animated text, and engaging video hooks.
