Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphics Designer role based in the Lalitpur District, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in motion graphics. The designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging static and animated content for a variety of multimedia platforms. Daily responsibilities include graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs that meet project goals and client expectations. The role provides the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries in a collaborative and fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in graphic design, with a clear preference for motion graphics and animation
Hands-on experience in motion design and motion graphics for digital and multimedia platforms
Solid understanding of video production, including editing and post-production workflows
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate briefs into visually compelling outputs
Prior experience working in a creative or digital agency environment is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with designers, videographers, and project managers
A portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion graphics work will be an advantage
