Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Kathmandu. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing online marketing campaigns using web analytics tools, and optimizing performance. The specialist will also work to enhance the online presence and visibility of Arogin Healthcare, ensuring effective communication with target audiences and aligning marketing efforts with the organization's objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies.
- Experience in Digital Marketing and expertise in Web Analytics tools.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with various audiences.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor key performance indicators and prepare actionable insights.
- Proficiency on Meta Ads, Google Ads and know their parameters.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
