About Job

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and monitoring digital marketing initiatives to support brand growth, lead generation, and revenue objectives. This role collaborates closely with sales, business development, and internal creative teams to deliver performance-driven digital campaigns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Ads Strategy Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals, target audiences, and budget allocations.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant networks.
  • Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and funnel structures to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions when required.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal spend utilization and performance outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed ad performance reports with insights, recommendations, and future optimization plans.
  • Stay updated with platform policy changes, advertising trends, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitive performance

2. Digital Marketing Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Ensure timely publishing and scheduling of digital content in accordance with the approved content calendar.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI

3. Sales & Lead Generation Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through digital platforms and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Support sales-focused marketing initiatives aimed at achieving defined sales objectives.

4. Client Coordination & Proposal Support

  • Assist in preparing digital marketing proposals, strategy presentations, cost estimates, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of agreed services and campaign milestones.
  • Support client communications, follow-ups, reporting, and performance review meetings.

5. Business Development Support

  • Identify and engage potential digital marketing clients, including international prospects, under management guidance.
  • Support pitch preparation, client onboarding, and proposal presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM tools.

6. Research, Analytics & Optimization

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to inform campaign strategies.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and campaign performance data across platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and continuous performance improvement.

7. Team Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal content, design, and advertising teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Support the Head of Digital Marketing in managing tasks, timelines, and overall team coordination.
  • Provide guidance and basic mentoring support to junior team members when required.
