The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to own our online presence, craft high-impact campaigns, and generate leads that matter. You’ll lead a team of two junior specialists, guiding their execution while you spearhead the strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Strategy & Execution: Plan and optimize multi-channel social media and digital campaigns.
Content Management: Oversee our brand voice across Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Growth & Sales: Drive lead generation, client outreach, and secure demo meetings.
Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
Leadership: Mentor and manage junior staff in content posting and outreach workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1+ year in Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation.
Skills: Strong grasp of digital strategies, SEO/SEM basics, and analytics tools.
Communication: Exceptional planning, organizational, and writing skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Bonus: Experience guiding or mentoring team members.
