We are looking for a Brand & Social Media Officer to shape and execute a purpose driven brand’s digital presence.
The company is a purpose-driven consumer brand bringing organic Nepali teas from the Himalayas directly to customers, empowering small-holder farmers through fair trade, transparency, and sustainable practices.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who can think strategically about brand storytelling while actively creating, publishing, and optimizing content across digital platforms.
The role suits someone who enjoys experimenting with content formats, engaging with online communities, and contributing to the growth of a mission-led startup.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and launches
• Create engaging captions, scripts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
• Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Actively engage with the community via comments, DMs, and messages
• Support visual content including photos, carousels, and basic designs
• Coordinate website content updates and campaign announcements
• Support e-commerce content such as product listings and descriptions
• Track content performance and optimize using analytics insights
