Job Description
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Specialist to manage and execute paid social media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. The role involves end-to-end ownership of paid social strategy, campaign execution, performance optimisation, and reporting across multiple platforms.
The successful candidate will work across industries including building and construction, technology, healthcare, hospitality, professional services, and related sectors, delivering high-quality paid social outcomes aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage paid social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Execute and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns to meet performance objectives
Develop compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, images, animations, and video content
Conduct social media audits and provide actionable recommendations
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare regular performance reports with insights and optimisation opportunities
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and internal teams to deliver content aligned with briefs, timelines, and budgets
Maintain and continuously improve social media content processes, standards, and best practices
Required Experience And Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Paid Social Media Specialist
Proven expertise with LinkedIn Ad Manager and Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong understanding of paid social media strategy and execution
Demonstrated experience producing engaging short-form content, supported by a portfolio of work
Experience in reporting on paid and organic social media performance with clear insights and recommendations
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
Desirable Skills And Experience
Experience using social media management or listening platforms (e.g. Brandwatch, Falcon.io, Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
Formal training or experience in copywriting across multiple formats, including website, eDM, SEO, B2B, B2C, direct response, and search ads
B2B writing experience across industries such as technology, healthcare, insurance, and financial services
Experience managing ads on additional platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, and X ads.
Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
