This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Kathmandu. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, handling reservations and check-ins, managing phone calls and inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting guests with requests, addressing concerns, and providing information about the hotel's facilities and services.
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling receptionist duties efficiently
- Strong Customer Service and Check-in process management skills
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of office software and hotel reservation systems
- Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus
