Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Banepa (Near Sanga) for a Jr. Site Supervisor/Store Assistant. The primary responsibilities of the role include overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing on-site materials and inventory. The role involves assisting with customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and addressing queries effectively, while maintaining operational efficiency within the store or site. The individual will also coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Supervisory Skills: Candidates should have the ability to oversee site operations and manage team workflows efficiently.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong abilities in fostering collaboration, building positive relationships, and effectively conveying information are essential.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service: A proven track record of addressing customer needs and ensuring positive experiences is crucial.
  • Relevant work experience in site supervision or store assistance is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of safety and quality standards in construction or real estate operations is preferred.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining inventory and ensuring smooth operations.


Job Description

  • Supporting timely and quality of delivery for project engineering work in support of relevant technical and regulatory standards.
  • Coordination and supervision of the subcontractor’s works to be completed on tie within quality standards.
  • Establishing effective stakeholder relationships, both internally, and externally including clients, architects and builders.
  • Attend site meetings and provide assistance related to engineering works.
  • Providing technical support and solving problems on site.
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
  • Selecting appropriate construction materials.
  • Handle all site reports and documentation regularly.
  • Inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations
  • Ensuring & Checking that health and safety and sustainability at field work.
