Job Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor service quality to maintain a consistent dining experience
Operations Management
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for seamless food and beverage service
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas according to company policies
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the service team
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with staff scheduling, staffing levels, and performance management
- Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented work environment
Compliance, Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Administration & Reporting
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as required
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports, guest feedback, and staff performance summaries
- Support finance, inventory, and administrative tasks as needed
Crisis Management
- Handle operational challenges and unforeseen situations calmly and efficiently
- Resolve service-related issues to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
- 3–5 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality sector
- Strong communication skills in English, Nepali, and Hindi
