Job Specification
- Bachelor of Mechanical/Automotive Engineering 1 years minimum experience in automotive/customer service
- Ability to handle customer complaints or service-related issues professionally and proactively seek resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems, components, and repair processes to assess customer needs and provide accurate service recommendations.
- Familiarity with maintenance schedules, manufacturer guidelines, and warranty coverage to assist customers in making informed decisions about their vehicles.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage service appointments, prioritize workload, and coordinate service orders efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure.
