Role Description

The Workshop Manager will oversee and manage service operations in the Hetauda region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. As a full-time, on-site role located in Hetauda, the responsibilities include leading a team of service professionals, monitoring workshop operations, and achieving service performance targets. The role entails implementing strategies to enhance customer service, coordinating training for technical staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Regular reporting and analysis will be required to optimize processes and maintain excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee service operations
Proficiency in service operations planning, monitoring workflows, and achieving performance targets
Technical expertise in vehicle maintenance processes and familiarity with spare parts management
Problem-solving and analytical skills to improve service quality and operational efficiency
Outstanding communication and customer service skills to foster strong relationships with clients and team members
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in service and automotive industries
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
