Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Lalitpur District for a Ticketing Manager. The Ticketing Manager will oversee ticket sales and operations for events, manage event ticketing strategies, and ensure smooth customer service during ticket issuance processes. The role includes responsibilities such as developing and implementing ticketing policies, coordinating with event organizers, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate reporting of ticket sales and inventory. The ideal candidate will also liaise with internal teams to optimize ticketing systems and ensure compliance with company policies.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Ticket Sales, Ticket Operations, and Event Ticketing
  • Strong Communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Customer Service, responding effectively to customer inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and software tools
  • Ability to manage time effectively and coordinate with team members and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in event management or ticketing-related roles is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
