Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead Supervisor role based in Kathmandu, Madhyapur Thimi. Manage daily communication, reporting, and Excel trackers. Support strategy, budgeting, and negotiations with vendors/partners. Lead and mentor team members, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Coordinate cross-departmental operations to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct research on markets, competitors, and industry trends. Draft and review professional communications, proposals, and reports. Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
+2 experience in related field.
Experience in business support, operations, or management.
Strong in Excel, email handling, finance basics, and team management.
Reliable, fast, and hardworking with a growth mindset.
Flexible, coachable, and genuinely team-oriented.
