Job Title: Service Account (Spare Parts Billing 4 Wheeler)
Job Description
- Prepare, verify, and process spare parts sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner for service operations
- Handle spare parts billing through the ERP system and authorized billing software
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, taxes, and warranty claims are applied as per company policy
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts billing, invoices, credit notes, and related documentation
- Coordinate closely with service advisors, workshop, warehouse, and accounts teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor spare parts issuance and billing against job cards to ensure accuracy and control
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing and sales reports using MS Excel
- Support reconciliation of spare parts sales, inventory, and billing data
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company financial procedures
- Assist in audits and provide required billing-related information when needed
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in service accounting, spare parts billing, or accounts-related roles (automobile industry preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, billing software, and MS Excel
- Sound knowledge of spare parts billing processes, taxation, and service documentation
- Good coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills
