About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Business Development & Sales Lead to scale our impact, customer base and revenue. You will be the key driver of the growth. You’ll identify opportunities, build partnerships with travel agents and platforms globally, and convert direct sales leads through creative campaigns and personal engagement. You’re a storyteller, a deal-closer, and a relationship-builder all in one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Revenue Growth: Design and execute a sales strategy to drive bookings and partnerships (both domestic and international).
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Forge collaborations with tour operators, corporates, influencers, and expat/travel communities.
  • Expand Channels: Identify new sales funnels - online, offline, social, and experiential.
  • Craft Stories That Sell: Collaborate with the content and campaigns team to co-create pitch decks, value-driven offers, and campaigns that convert.
  • Track + Optimize: Set KPIs, analyze sales performance, and continuously improve outreach and close rates.
  • Own the Funnel: From lead generation to final handshake - you’ll own it for both B2B and B2C clients.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record to generate new business, close deals, build long-term relationships and exceed sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you build systems where none exist.
  • Excellent communication skills - you can sell sand in a desert, but you prefer to sell magic in the Himalayas.
  • You travel. You get it. You feel why Nepal is special.
  • Strong network and work experience selling Nepal as a destination to international agencies.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • A plus if have multilingual abilities (English is a must; other languages are a bonus).
