We’re looking for the a talented CRM Administrator to join our team.


The Role:


We are looking for an experienced CRM HubSpot Administrator to take ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring seamless automation, data management, and campaign execution across multiple instances. The ideal candidate will be a HubSpot expert with a keen eye for data accuracy, process efficiency, and CRM optimisation.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimise multiple HubSpot instances, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Develop and implement workflows, automation, and data alignment strategies
  • Handle data processing, administration, and record-keeping, ensuring data integrity across platforms.
  • Identify and resolve fragmented data issues, unifying records and improving reporting accuracy.
  • Generate and maintain detailed reports, providing insights to improve CRM performance.


Requirements:


  • Degree level qualification
  • Proven experience managing multiple HubSpot instances – setup, automation, and optimisation. HubSpot experience is essential.
  • Confident using PowerBI and DAX
  • High level spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong background in data processing, CRM administration, and record refinement.
  • Experience handling fragmented data and implementing alignment strategies. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
