Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our manpower agency team. In this role, you will support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from job order intake to candidate placement.
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and client companies.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and submit them to clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Assist in onboarding candidates, including document collection, background checks, and contract signing.
  • Liaise with clients to confirm hiring needs, interview feedback, and placement success.
  • Support mass hiring and recruitment drives when needed.
  • Generate reports on recruitment status, metrics, and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment support role, preferably in a staffing or manpower agency.
  • Familiarity with high-volume recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance for contract staffing.
  • Ability to manage large candidate databases and talent pipelines.
