Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our manpower agency team. In this role, you will support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various industries, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and job seekers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from job order intake to candidate placement.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and client companies.
- Prepare candidate profiles and submit them to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Assist in onboarding candidates, including document collection, background checks, and contract signing.
- Liaise with clients to confirm hiring needs, interview feedback, and placement success.
- Support mass hiring and recruitment drives when needed.
- Generate reports on recruitment status, metrics, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment support role, preferably in a staffing or manpower agency.
- Familiarity with high-volume recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance for contract staffing.
- Ability to manage large candidate databases and talent pipelines.
