Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop compelling blog posts, website content, social media copy, and marketing materials.
- Write clear, informative, and engaging content tailored to the real estate and mortgage sectors.
- Research industry trends and produce content that adds value to our audience.
SEO & Digital Marketing Integration
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring higher search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies for brand visibility.
- Create engaging social media captions, ads, and campaign materials.
Editing & Proofreading
- Review and refine content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Maintain brand voice and tone across all platforms.
Industry Relevance & Research
- Stay updated on Australian mortgage and real estate trends.
- Work closely with industry professionals to craft insightful and relevant content.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
✔ 2-3 years of content writing experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or finance industries.
✔ Experience with SEO-driven content creation and digital marketing strategies.
Skills & Competencies
