* Experience: 2 years of experience in QC and/or R&D in the food industry (Freshers

-Job Descriptions:
Research & Development (R&D):
• Participate in the formulation, development, and improvement of new and
existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to trial and test product prototypes.
• Conduct shelf-life and stability studies.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating raw materials for new product development.
• Maintain detailed records of experiments, trials, and outcomes.
Quality Control (QC):
• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished
products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality
standards.
• Implement and follow SOPs, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
Nutritional Analysis & Compliance:
• Analyze and verify nutritional content of products using lab analysis …
– Required Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSA, ISO, HACCP).
• Basic understanding of nutrition analysis techniques and regulatory labeling
