Job Description- PM Planner preparation and completion as per recommendations of OEM.
- Daily Machine and utility maintenance planning and completion.
- Daily Machine Breakdown attending and coordination with the Production Team.
- He will be responsible for maintaining all machines and utility.
- ISO Documentation preparation.
- Sound Knowledge of PLC and VFD
- Handling all electrical and mechanical breakdowns and finding the main root cause by using the QC tools.
- Machine wise spare part planning and mapping on weekly basis.
- Daily machine checklist issue Analyzing.
- Technician and fitter shift planning and mapping the skill and identifying Training need and planning for training.
- QMS Documentation preparation on monthly basis.
- Good Leadership as well as manpower handling skill.
- Maintaining the floor safety as well as human safety.
- Assisting and coordinating with immediate Superior on daily basis.
- Academic Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Electrical Engg Preferred)
- Minimum Experience of 4 years i plant maintenance.
- Strong skill in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Basic Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance troubleshooting.
- Software knowledge – MS Office.
- Sound Knowledge of Soft and Hard Electrical Panel Wring.
