Responsibilities:
-Contact prospective students, providing information about IELTS/PTE services effectively convert them into enrolled
students.
-Liaising with Trainers regarding classes
-Follow up regularly with leads and inquiries to boost conversions for IELTS and PTE classes
-Convert enrolled clients by assisting them in booking their IELTS exam dates.
-Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure student satisfaction
-Conversion of successful IELTS/PTE testimonials to Counseling
-Follow up to the counselors regarding the Leads provided to the counselor
-Work closely with the marketing team to generate new leads and identify potential clients
-Organize and support timely events, workshops, or info sessions for students and applicants
-Create reports as per the management requests
Qualifications and skills required:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in a sales-related role
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven sales and negotiation abilities
-Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
