Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ATM Support position in a different parts of Nepal. The ATM Support professional will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues with ATMs, offering customer support, and ensuring minimal downtime for ATMs. Daily tasks include responding to service requests, analyzing technical problems, updating system software, and maintaining communication with relevant teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and addressing technical problems
- Experience in Technical Support, Mobile, Computer repairing, and Troubleshooting
- Customer Support and Communication Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the financial or banking industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
