Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about technology and committed to providing excellent technical support as an ICT Help Desk Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot technical issues for end user
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and basic network problems
- Apply basic programming knowledge to support and maintain internal systems
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, including issue logs and system updates
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar ICT or technical support role
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, or scripting languages)
- Strong knowledge of IT support practices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
