What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years of hands on experience in full-stack solutions development, preferably in a product-led tech company.
• Skills: Expertise in modern AI technologies, machine learning models, data analytics, and deploying these models at scale. Strong track record in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative with excellent communication skills. Ability to influence outcomes and persuade others.

Skill Set Requirement

• Full stack Framework: Next.js + Node.js
• Build Tools: Webpack (not just usage but also optimization skills required), Nextjs, Nodejs, Docker
• Styling Solutions: Skilled in Tailwind CSS and able to create unique designs; also proficient in CSS-in-JS or CSS Modules
• Backend Development: Familiar with job queues, WebSocket, and OAuth2 integration
• Containerization Technologies: Familiar with Docker-not just running containers, but also optimizing Docker files and handling basic deployment
• Domain Expertise: Voice AI agent building experience and workflow building flow experience with React Flow
