As a Technical Assistant, you will work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role is to support and implement the HMIS software in the hospital. You will work under other IT Officers, implementing the software and solving hospital issues.
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
- Test and evaluate new software.
- Coordinate with the Team leader in implementation.
- Collaborate with other team members to solve the issues.
- Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented manual.
- Continuously learn and improve skills.
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers.
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Have to travel extensively across Nepal for implementation.
