Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outreach Officer at Embark College located in Lalitpur. The Outreach Officer will be responsible for community engagement, communication, community outreach, event management, and research.
Qualifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and educational institutions to promote Embark College’s programmes.
- Organize school visits, workshops, and presentations to increase awareness and attract prospective students.
- Plan and execute outreach events such as college fairs, open days, webinars, and career expos.
- Represent Embark College at external engagements, ensuring a strong institutional presence and effective student recruitment.
- Identify and engage underrepresented or high-potential student groups through tailored outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with admissions to ensure smooth transitions from outreach to enrollment.
- Monitor outreach effectiveness by tracking participation rates, conversion metrics, and feedback.
- Provide reports on engagement trends and recommend improvements to optimize recruitment strategies.
