Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an EV Charger Technician located in Kathmandu and travel as per business need. The EV Charger Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electric vehicle chargers, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine inspections, and providing on-site support for charging stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission AirCharge-branded EV charging stations
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and software updates on-site
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and network issues
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
- Travel extensively across Nepal (all travel expenses covered)
- Provide basic training to local partners/staff on charger operations
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or related field
Experience:
- 2+ years with electrical systems
- 1+ years with DC EV Charger systems
- Field service experience is an advantage
Skills:
- Strong electrical wiring and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working with technology and software systems
- Valid driver's license preferred

- Willing to travel frequently (70%+ of working time)
