This is a full-time, on-site role for a Multi-Destination Senior Counselor based in Kathmandu. The Senior Counselor will guide students through application processes, help them choose appropriate study programs, and provide support in decision-making regarding universities and destinations. The role involves researching educational programs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the universities' requirements, conducting counseling sessions, and organizing seminars or workshops. The Senior Counselor will also coordinate with international universities and handle administrative tasks related to student applications.

- Experience in research and staying updated with educational trends and university requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with seminars, workshops, and public speaking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
