In this role, you will play a central part in shaping and executing long-term planning initiatives, supporting organizational development, and driving impactful collaborations that align with the Group’s overarching mission and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
â— Design and implement innovative development strategies aligned with institutional goals.
â— Provide leadership and strategic direction to IHUB – the Student Incubation Center.
â— Support the Student Development Center (SDC) in planning and executing diverse student-oriented programs and events.
â— Promote entrepreneurial thinking and skill development among students, faculty, and management.
â— Initiate and manage collaborations with external organizations and institutions.
â— Lead the Public Information Cell to ensure consistent and effective communication, branding, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications And Experience
◠Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
â— Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in innovation management, business incubation, or institutional development.
â— Experience in student development programs, academic collaboration, or public information management is highly desirable.
