Senior Mechanical Engineer For Meat Processing Industry in Dhunibesi, Dhading.

*Education: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer
*Experience: 4 years of experience as a Agro/Meat& Processing or relevant industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of poultry plant equipment.
· Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, including boilers, conveyors, motors,
chillers, Rendering, and ETP plant
· Knowledge of Ammonia Gas and R404 Gas.
· Maintain proper documentation of equipment maintenance logs and service schedules
· Ensure timely procurement and inventory management of spare parts and tools
· Collaborate with electrical and production teams to optimize overall plant performance
· Implement preventive and predictive maintenance practices to reduce downtime
· Support continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, energy saving, and process automation
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
· 2+ years of experience in industrial or poultry plant maintenance preferred
· Knowledge of poultry equipment, like incubators, conveyors, feeders, chillers, and processing machines
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
